Arrowhead Leadership Program - $650

 This 6-week program includes 6 small group sessions (1 session per week, 2 hours each). It also includes a leader evaluation questionnaire and 360 degree evaluation questionnaire to allow the program to be customized to the individual and to measure program effectiveness.  This program is ideal for anyone wanting to further develop leadership skills or identify "blind spots," or obstacles hindering leadership. Sessions are in groups of 2-4 people and include groundwork with a horse and trainer. Riding is optional. (For private sessions and other options, visit our Services page.)
