This program was developed based on a comprehensive review of Leadership Theory and focuses on ten key skills necessary for effective leadership. The program includes 6 sessions, 90 minutes each, to strengthen leadership skills while also identifying any obstacles that are hindering your leadership. The program is customized based on personal goals and a leadership assessment. 

A 4 week program designed for those who want to sharpen their leadership skills, but need to do so on a budget. This less expensive option includes 4 sessions in a group setting where you will learn alongside up to 8 other participants. Learn how trust, respect, confidence, and consistency play a key role in effective leadership. (Receive a 30% discount when you sign up a friend for the same program.) 

This 2-day intensive is a 12 hour program incorporating all of the sessions from the regular Arrowhead Leadership Program into two 6-hour days. You choose which days work for you - either 2 days in a row, or spread out by weeks or months. This option is ideal for those who live out of the area or who have less flexible schedules. Includes a leader evaluation and 360 degree evaluation to allow the program to be customized to the individual. 

Become more confident in your personal and professional life through this 4-week program. These one-on-one sessions are designed with the sole purpose of growing your confidence in yourself and in your ability to lead.

This 4-session program will help bring clarity to your path. Learn how vision and values can be interwoven to lead you to a decision you feel confident in. Discover the foundation of effective leadership and identify how to improve your own leading abilities. This one-time private session will focus on your most urgent challenge in your professional or personal life.

This 2-hour group session reviews the principles of leadership including communication, confidence, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence. Each participant will get the opportunity to work with a horse to practice elements of leadership and identify areas for personal growth. This is a great option for corporate retreats, team-building exercises, and family engagements.  (For groups over 10 people, please contact us for rates.)

This private 90-minute session focuses on the principles of leadership and horsemanship as they relate to relationships - whether in friendships, dating relationships, marriages, families, or workplace relationships.
